You Stay Forever may offer AI-powered features, including but not limited to photo enhancement, animated memorial videos, and AI-generated tributes. When you use these features:
- Photographs and media you submit may be processed by third-party AI service providers (e.g., image animation APIs) solely to deliver the requested output.
- We do not use your photos or personal content to train AI models without your explicit, separate consent.
- Third-party AI providers are contractually required to process your data only for the purpose of delivering the feature and not to retain or reuse it.
- We will update this Privacy Policy and notify you before introducing any new AI features that involve additional data processing.

- Create, host, and display memorial pages
- Send you transactional emails (e.g., memorial creation confirmation, anniversary reminders if enabled)
- Process payments for Premium plans

- Improve the Service and diagnose technical issues

- Deliver AI-powered features you have explicitly requested
We do not use your personal data for targeted advertising.
